One of our readers just sent in a very powerful video of not only what the meaning of our eternal salvation is through Jesus Christ, but exactly what Jesus will be looking for from each one of us once we have become saved and born again through His shed blood.
This video takes you from what happens to you when you get saved, to God wanting to use you to help others as a mighty warrior operating under His anointing. This one of the most anointed videos I have seen in quite sometime on what the big picture is really all about after we get saved in the Lord.
Enjoy this great video. It is 11 minutes long. And feel free to pass this video onto to all of your family and friends, as I hope this video goes viral among many in the Christian population. This is a message we all need to hear from the Lord!!
As I was searching for a video to share tonight, the thought came to me to go back and check our past videos. So I started going through the videos that we had already posted, and I saw this. After watching it again, I thought to myself, “This is the one.” Right there I realized that the Holy Spirit led me to share something that wasn’t in my initial plan, oh how I love that!
Now, Michael has already written something about this video, but I just want to share a few more things. You may even say that I’m just overflowing with thoughts about this.
If you haven’t yet watched it, sit back and really focus on this one. It’s a bit longer than our past ones, but you won’t regret it. It’s probably one of the most powerful preachings of the Gospel set to video format.
From start to finish, it explains fully and simply the Gospel message from our need for salvation, to God’s salvation, our redemption through Grace, our adoption into God’s family, and his empowerment of us.
Presented in this way, it becomes so easy to see that God thought everything through. He prepared everything for us, everything that we could ever need.
And if there was a time that we needed everything that God prepared for us, we need it today.
Today I heard my Pastor say that Christianity is the new counter culture. It’s hard to believe, but think about it.
Christianity is all around us, but how many people are actually living and practicing their Christianity?
According to the NBC, being married, having a child and loving God is considered an alternative lifestyle.
We have Christian leaders, and Christian groups all acting in a manner that Christ would never condone. All around the world, despite the fact that Christianity is supposed to be the most popular religion, Christians remain the most persecuted group in the world.
Our very beliefs and our way of life is continually under attack. We are called outdated, uninspired, irrelevant and unnecessary. And when we try to preach the Gospel, we are told that we are violating people’s right to their own religious beliefs.
But this was true before during the time of Christ, it was true before Christ was born on this earth, and it remains true today:
We are children of sin, and we do need his Salvation. And by His Grace not only can we be saved, but we are invited to His table, to His home, to be His children.
And, knowing that we cannot do the work he has set out for us, He is willing to live in us, so that He can live through us, so that in our weakness we are strong.
The world is quickly changing, but the truth of the Gospel is unchanging, and can still change lives.
The world may persecute us, hate us, mock us, but we are stronger because of the Christ who lives in us. And because He is stronger than the world around us, through His power in us, we can change the world, and we should never forget that.
Here’s an update from the originators, Eric Ludy, on this video.
The Gospel – – May we be unashamed of the Gospel of Jesus Christ (Romans 1:16) Please note that this is a metaphorical take on the Gospel. It presumes a knowledge of the historic framework of the Cross, Burial, Resurrection, and Ascension of Jesus Christ. Though certain elements of the Cross-work are not fully explained herein (i.e. – Jesus’s fulfillment of all righteousness, His perfect match with all the Old Testament Messianic prophecy, and His bearing of the outpoured wrath of God in our stead), we in no way wish to diminish their significance and importance in the Gospel landscape.
Let me know what you think of this video.
