As for your conditions for blessing and even whether or not this blessing is easily applicable in the new covenant which has an entirely eternal viewpoint (essentially there is no death for us) and all that, I believe you got to a good conclusion at the end with your 'bottom line' trust God and follow him with devotion. Thank you very much for this. I lost my husband at a very young age and this 13 years ago leaving behind two young children and I used to question why?
