LORD JESUS, YOU HAVE RAVISHED MY HEART!

I am in love with the Lord as He has ravished my heart! Read Song of Songs….Chapter 2 verses 3 -7 Also verses 9, 10, 16 Chapter 4 verses 9-11

Yes, Songs of Songs are for courtship and union between man and woman but if we look at it like Jesus being the Groom and The body of Christ being the Bride….Then this applys….

Like the finest apple tree (The Lord Sustains Us in the Secret Places)

I sit in His (The Lords)delightful shade (secret place, bed chambers or prayer closet)
And taste His delicious fruit! (His Love His Grace His Mercy His Word)

He escorts me to the banquet hall….(Leading us into quiet time with Him…) Oh it’s obvious how much He loves US!

Strengthen me with raisin cakes (Meaning REFRESH us as we seek you to be filled! in the secret place of solitude and silence before you!)

Refresh me with apples (Meaning SUSTAIN us as we sit in your presense and soak up your love!)

for I am weak with love…(meaning we grasp His Love therefore falling in Love with Him…and being overcome by His Love)

His left arm is under my head, and his right arm embraces me! (meaning He holds us close to Him and draws us closer into a courtship between Him and us!)

Verse 10 My Lover (The Lord Jesus) said to me, Rise up my darling! Come away with me! (He Draws us unto Himself! We love Him because He first loved us!)

Verse 16 My Lover (The Lord Jesus) is mine, and I am His!
